At AARU, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked!

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with no signs of damage or alteration and attached tag.

• All original documents, including the invoice, certification (GIA/IGI/SGL/GSI/IDT Brand Certificate), and packaging, must be returned.

• Custom-made, engraved, resized, or modified jewelry is not eligible for return.

 

2. Refund & Exchange Process

1. Initiate the Return – Contact our customer service at support@tanvieternals.com, 78749-12000 within 7 days of delivery.

2. Secure Packaging – Ensure the jewelry is packed securely with all original documents.

3. Pickup/Shipping – We offer free return pickup in select locations. Otherwise, you can ship it via an insured courier.

4. Quality Check & Approval – Once received, our experts will verify the item’s condition.

5. Refund/Exchange Issued – Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15  business days, or you may opt for an exchange.

 

3. Terms & Conditions

• The full amount (excluding shipping, and any promotional discounts and tax) will be refunded.

• Returns due to damage, wear, or missing certification will be rejected.

• International returns must be pre-approved, and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
