Lifetime Exchange Policy

At AARU, we are committed to providing you with the finest diamond jewelry and ensuring lifelong value. Our Lifetime Exchange Policy allows you to upgrade or exchange your jewelry at any time.

1. Eligible Products

• The policy applies to AARU certified diamond jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc.).

• The item must be in its original condition with no modifications, resizing, or damage.

• The original invoice and certification (GIA/IGI/GSI/SGL/IDT Brand Certificate) must be provided.

2. Exchange Value

• 90% of the value of the diamond as per invoice of purchase and metal will be credited towards your new purchase.

• If any discounts or promotions are applied to the exchanged item at the time of purchase, the exchange value will be adjusted accordingly.

• Making charges, taxes, Gemstones, and Other Elements will not be included in the exchange value.

3. Process of Exchange

1. Contact our customer support team at support@tanvieternals.com or 78749-12000 to initiate the exchange.

2. Product should be sent with all the necessary documents i.e. original bills, and certification.

3. Our experts will verify the item’s condition and authenticate its details.

4. Once approved, the exchange value will be credited towards your new purchase.

4. Terms & Conditions

• The exchange value is applicable only for new jewelry purchases and cannot be converted into any form or monetary transaction.

• Custom-designed, engraved, or modified jewelry is not eligible.

• We reserve the right to reject or adjust the exchange value if the item is damaged, altered, or missing its certification.

• Shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer for exchange.
